What's different about the online shop?
Our online shop is an extension of Greenhouse— not just a copy & paste of the in-store experience. Here you'll find our in-house merch, thoughtfully chosen plant accessories, and a curated selection of the live plants you already know & love from us, as well home goods shipped straight to your door.
Do you sell everything that's in the café?
Not always! Some items are exclusive to our shop, while others are only available in-store. We also release limited collections throughout the year.
Will you be adding more products?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Absolutely. We're constantly designing new merchandise and sourcing new plants, pots, and plant care products. Check back often!
Plants
How are live plants shipped?
Our plants are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our greenhouse to ensure they arrive to you happy and healthy. This means that sometimes we might delay shipping due to excessively cold weather or other extenuating circumstances to make sure that your plant arrives to you in the best possible condition!
will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Every plant is unique. While we do our best to match the photos, natural variations in size, shape, and color are part of what makes plants special.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.
How do i care for my new plant?
You can find basic care instructions in the description of all the plants on our site. We also share plenty of plant care tips on our social media and blog.
ORDERS
Can i change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your plant or item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, online orders are shipped directly to you. If you'd like to shop with us locally, we welcome you to visit our plant cafe in Jacksonville, Florida.
Can i send my order as a gift?
Yes! Just enter your recipient's shipping information at checkout.
Merchandise & Pottery
Are your merch designs exclusive?
Yes! All of our apparel and accessories as well as some of our gifts are designed in-house and are exclusive to Greenhouse. Other items & trinkets are thoughtfully curated by us to feature other producers and makers that we think are great.
Do pots include plants?
Unless otherwise noted, pots are sold separately from plants.
