Shipping

Proccessing Times

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or busy seasons, processing may take a little longer.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for merchandise are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Live Plant Shipping

Our live plants are carefully packaged to help them arrive healthy and ready for their new home. Each plant is securely packed using specialized packaging designed to protect it throughout transit.

To help ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition, we may temporarily delay shipments during periods of extreme cold or severe weather. If this happens, we'll ship your order as soon as conditions are safe.

Because every plant is unique, slight variations in size, shape, and color are completely natural and part of what makes living plants special.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both live plants and merchandise (such as pots, apparel, or plant care items), your order may arrive in multiple packages.

This allows us to ship plants with the care they require while sending in-stock merchandise as quickly as possible.

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Damaged Items

we want you to love your purchase! if something isn't right, we are here to help.

Live Plants

Because plants are living things, we are unable to accept returns on live plants.

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plant
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review each claim on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find the best solution.

Merchandise REturns

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us first. We'll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) received
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
